Who they are
Ahmed Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is based in Alexandria, Virginia, near Arlington’s southern neighborhoods. The Better Business Bureau reports a business start of January 19, 1981 and names Khawaja M. Ahmed as owner. BBB describes it as an air-conditioning contractor, gives it an A+ rating, and lists it as not accredited. Our earlier Arlington-area marketing research documented a local HVAC advertisement in the Parkfairfax Forum; that is evidence of local advertising activity, not evidence of repair quality. The breadth of current services, staffing and response-time promises should be confirmed with the business.
Why it earned our selected position
Its long documented business history and adjacent Alexandria location make it a relevant Arlington-area comparator. Current licensing, reviews, guarantees and availability still need comparable primary-source confirmation before final numerical scoring.
